Securing your date is effortless. Pick a package that fits your wedding vision, sign your contract online, and submit a 25% down payment to lock in your date. From the moment you're on the calendar, your spot is saved and the planning begins!

Through a quick questionnaire, we’ll dive into your unique story, photo preferences, and must-have shots. We'll map out your ideal timeline together so your session reflects your personal style and captures the exact moments that matter most to you.
Step 3: A Relaxed, Guided Photo Experience
On your big day, enjoy every moment without stress. Guided posing and candid direction keep you feeling natural, comfortable, and confident in front of the camera while every detail, from quiet smiles to big celebration highlights, is captured seamlessly.
Step 4: Swift Gallery Delivery & Sneak Peeks
Never wait months to relive your memories. You’ll receive a curated sneak peek gallery within 48 hours of each wedding event, followed by your complete, professionally hand-edited digital gallery delivered within just two weeks.
FAQ
How do payments and retainers work?
A signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding, and payment arrangements can be discussed in advance as long as the full balance is received by the deadline.
Do you photograph larger or more traditional weddings?
Absolutely! While I especially enjoy intimate weddings, elopements, and temple sealings, I'm happy to photograph larger celebrations too. If your wedding requires more coverage or a different timeline, we can discuss a custom package that fits your plans.
What does the Day-of Coordination & Planning upgrade include?
This upgrade provides additional help organizing your wedding timeline, coordinating vendor arrivals, keeping family portraits organized, and helping important moments stay on schedule. It's designed to support the flow of your celebration but doesn't replace a full-service wedding planner.
How do split schedules and temple sealings work?
I understand that temple weddings and other celebrations often include a break between the ceremony and reception. We can divide your photography coverage into separate blocks, and prearranged breaks between those blocks won't count toward your purchased photography hours.
What happens if our wedding timeline runs behind?
Wedding days don't always go exactly according to plan! We'll create a realistic photography timeline beforehand with a built in buffer, but if you need me to stay beyond your contracted coverage, additional time may be available at $150/hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
Can we add engagement, bridal, or first-look photos to our wedding package?
Absolutely! Booked wedding couples receive discounted rates of $75 for 30 minutes or $125 for 60 minutes. The Heirloom already includes a complimentary 30-minute engagement session, which can be extended to an hour for an additional $50.
